Admission Steps
The admission process
Submission of Academic Results
Applicants submit their PLE or UNEB results along with pass slips for O-Level or A-Level. Verified applicants proceed to the next stage.
Complete Application
Applicants fill in the admission form with all required details. Forms are available from the D.O.S office or online. A non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 applies.
Pay School Fees
School fees are paid in full via the school’s bank accounts before reporting. An official bank slip must be obtained from the bursar.

- PLE results slip or certificate
- Copy of birth certificate
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- Transfer letter (for students joining from another school)
- Copy of previous school report (if available)
- Medical report or health form (if required)
- UCE (O-Level) results slip or certificate
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- Recommendation letter from previous school (optional but encouraged)
- Copy of academic reports or testimonial
- Transfer letter (if applicable)
- Medical report or health form (if required)
